All customized items are final sale. Be sure to measure your pet prior to ordering, or message us directly and we can help recommend a size for your dog.

For basic items that are not customized, an exchange may be possible if the item is clean, not worn or damaged in any way, and is within 2 weeks of you receiving the item.  Please contact us to discuss an exchange.
